Portfolio
From iterative and agile next-gen casinos to industry giants, across web, desktop, phone and wearables…
A brief recap of projects and features I’ve worked on.
This reviews my work with PokerStars, Entain, Eyas, Empire and GIMO… Please click through each entry for a more detailed view into what I’ve created…
Sumsub
I lead the creation of innovative tools for fraud prevention, KYC event analysis, and compliance, ensuring seamless operations for iGaming clients across multiple jurisdictions while addressing emerging risks including but not limited to account takeover, collusion, and bonus abuse.
Empire
I directed a revolutionary strategy, merging innovation with user focus to redefine iGaming. I hired elite designers and developers to craft original in-house next-gen casino games, maintaining a gaming ecosystem that met Gen-Z expectations and set innovation benchmarks within iGaming.
GIMO
I was accountable for defining the product vision and strategy, leading the product discovery, and driving the product development process for eight apps spanning nine regions and six licenses. I oversee the product portfolios for two clients and manage a team of twelve.
Entain ODR Apps
I was responsible for rebuilding and distributing over 60 apps across over 15 brands in order to ensure compliance with updated Apple guidelines. This led to Apple approval and increased engagement across the full range of apps.
PokerStars App
As part of a small internal team in London, we launched the first ever PokerStars apps, initially in Italian and French markets, before successfully rolling these out globally. This is now recognised as the world’s leading poker app.
Student Beans Web & Apps
At The Beans Group I took responsibility for the iOS and Android apps, and was also tasked with redefining the verification process for students, which I did by integrating a six-tiered authentication process.
Eyas ODR Apps
Eyas Gaming is responsible for Merkur’s online products. I was brought in by former Entain Directors to lead the development of the iOS and Android apps from their conception to launch, and subsequent maintenance and evolution.
Entain (MarTech)
As part of Entain’s MarTech team, I worked on the planning, prioritisation, design and development of internal marketing tools, as well as managing the SDKs for third party services, and overseeing testing, maintenance and training.
PokerStars TV
The business wanted to create a solution which allowed the poker community to consume their favourite content on their mobile devices, and carry the entire PokerStars content library with them in their pocket where ever they went.
QuickBet (PokerStars)
I created a feature aimed at facilitating sports betting without the need to navigate away from the table. This made use of the messaging area to surface simple win-draw-loss bets for the day’s World Cup matches.
Bet at the Table (PokerStars)
As an extension of, and following the success of QuickBet, we created a solution for poker players who wanted to make sports bets without missing the action at the poker table, allowing them to browse the biggest games and bet with ease.
PokerStars PlayAlong
In accordance with Channel 4 in the UK, we developed a second-screen app which allowed users to compete against each other throughout a series of mini-games while watching the European Poker Tour shows on television.
PokerStars Live App
Our live event players wanted a tool they could use to manage their poker tournament, schedule events, stay up to date with the latest news, check the galleries and make use of the PokerStars Concierge… cue, the Live app.
PokerStars Clock
A foray into the world of live home games, we created a tool which allowed players to engage with the brand, even offline when playing at home. The Clock app allowed users to manage their home games like they were in a casino.
PokerStars Clock (Watch App)
We identified a demand for a PokerStars Clock app for the watch, since players wanted to manage their tournament timers without being reliant on their phones, before developing and launching the app successfully.
